Responsible for writing software programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating systems, networked systems, and database systems. Responsible for creating the software platform, and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made.
Education/Experience: High School Degree and Bachelors degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required. 3 to 6 years experience required.
Skills and Competencies: The software developer will have verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Proficient in unit testing and mobile applications. Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. Knowledge of computer development software, such as Python, SQL, Java, J2EE , etc. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.

This Statement of Work(“SOW”), effective as of September 1, 2024, defines the professional services to be provided by Aries (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”) toBrightfieldin accordance with Brightfield’s Terms and Conditions, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.
The work for this SOW will start on September 10, 2023andend on August 31, 2025
Aries will conducta comprehensive, deep-dive assessment of the contingent workforce programAdditionally, Aries will conducttargeted Voice of the Customer interviewswith key stakeholders and end-users. In both the comprehensive and targeted assessments, the scope of services will cover processes and procedures related to Brightfield’s use of temporary agency workers in the United States.

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is subject to, and governed by, the Consultant Agreement, dated July 17, 2023 (“Agreement”) between Brightfield, LLC (“Brightfield”) and Gemini Interactive LLC (“Consultant”). This SOW sets forth a description of the services to be performed by Consultant (“Services”) and the Deliverables, time commitment and fees in connection with the Services. The date of this SOW is July 17, 2023 (“SOW Effective Date”). All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Scope of Work: Consultant will design and launch functional website pages for Brightfield’s website. Consultant will design these pages for Brightfield’s approval based on Brightfield’s input and direction.
Fees and Reimbursement: Fee: Brightfield will pay Consultant a fixed sum of $10,000 for this project.
For any Services or Deliverable outside of scope, Brightfield will pay Consultant $150 per hour.
Consultant will be reimbursed for third party expenses (at cost) if approved in writing in advance by Brightfield.
Payment Terms: Brightfield will pay Consultant $5,000 upon execution of this SOW. The remaining fee of $5,000 will be paid upon Brightfield’s acceptance of the Deliverables.
